The Monette Children’s Enrichment Fund’s Mission is to support projects that enhance the lives of children through health, nutritional and educational programs.


About Us

We are a 501(c)(3) non profit that is strongly committed to helping the lives of children.  Our Founder and President, Barbara Monette, is an artist who found a way to use her paintbrush to help others, by selling her work and using the proceeds to target children in need. How we started 

In 2014, we created a free after school project where kids could paint a mural and focus on teamwork and creativity in a safe environment, We made donations to beautify play areas in the local park, and we stocked the shelves of the food bank pantry in our town...


now we are helping to make a difference by teaming up with some great people. Here are a few of our current projects..

St. Michael School

St. Michael school is located in Pontenau, Haiti. We are working alongside The Diplomats of Haiti organization and St. Mary’s school in Williamston Michigan to better the lives of children through educational programs, medical intervention, nutrition and sustainable environmental practices.

Christine Davis Zouaoui, LPC, RPT-S

Christine is a mental health therapist who works in private practice and in school settings within the Ingham County school system. She enjoys working with children of all ages, and specializes in creative therapies. Christine has presented in numerous venues across the State of Michigan, and is the author of Healing With Creativity, When Talking Just Isn’t Enough . Christine changes the lives of children daily, ensuring their needs are met, often working tirelessly and using her own funds to meet the needs of people who need her help.
